Q: Can I add more SV3C security cameras to this POE security system?

A: Yes, this security system supports almost all SV3C WiFi/POE cameras, except for those batteries and solar security cameras, they don't work with this system.

Q: How to add additional cameras to SV3C NVR?

A: If you want to add more IP cameras to the NVR, please add the surveillance camera by searching on the NVR, it doesn't support to add camera by input camera information manually.

Q: Is there any extra costs, such as subscription fee?

A: No, all app and software are free to use, no any additional fees.

Q: What is the maximum hard disk capacity that NVR can support?

A: This 4K NVR supports maximum of 14TB HDD.

Q: Can I use the 5MP POE camera separately?

A: Yes, you can. Must connect power adapter and Lan cable to the POE camera when it works.

Q: Does the 5MP POE camera have SD card slot?

A: No, this POE security camera has no SD card slot, we recommend you to use the POE camera with the NVR together!

Q: Can I connect and view the POE cameras remotely?

A: Yes, you can. Please download phone app or PC Client software from SV3C website, then you can view the POE IP cameras anywhere anytime when they are access to internet.

Q: Can I use this POE security system without internet?

A: Yes, you can. Just make sure the NVR is powered on, and your monitor is connected with the NVR successfully.

Q: Why can I see nothing when I start the system?

A: Please operate as below:

Step 1, Check NVR if it has electricity, user can check mouse lamp, Ethernet port and so on, we suggest use NVR standard power.

Step 2, Check display resolution, our NVR default resolution: 1920x 1080. When the Maximum resolution of display is less than NVR, there is no interface output. You can keep pressing Right mouse button for more than 10 seconds and NVR output resolution will be set to 1024x768.

Step 3, Check interface if there is output after deleting all outside device and power on by itself, our NVR support VGA output and HDMI signal.
